In this position, I am responsible for daily operations of a

psychiatrist's office. Greeting all patients, administering new

patient paperwork, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Quicken

(for all the daily accounting needs as in office billing and vendor

schedules), Medisoft (medical billing), scheduling, tracking patient

files, office to patient representation and general administrative

duties.

Spinning Group Instructor September 2014- December 2014

Atlanta, GA

In this position, I teach two Spinning classes a week at Coca-Cola's

corporate gym facility. My classes ranged anywhere from two to seven

students. I am responsible for planning weekly workouts, teaching

planned classes, substituting for other teachers who can't teach

their classes and the safety of my students. The decision to close

the gym for renovation has put this position on hiatus.

team that built a new payroll system.

Corporate Receptionist

I was promoted to the role of corporate receptionist.

Responsibilities included answering a multi-line switchboard,

tracking parking spaces and parking cards for over 200 people, and

greeting new clients and guests as they entered the corporate

building.

Team Coordinator

I transferred to a call center in Davenport, IA for this lateral

position. I worked with a team that supported a large Fortune 500

client. I was responsible for daily reports, client monitoring,

testing new screens, and working with the account manager to make

sure that the client was satisfied with our services.
