Placed on the OCLR team contracted through Nesco
Resources.
Cleaned, prepped and setup furnaces for runs, prepped the charges that went ino
t he furnaces, unloaded, cleaned and prepped furnaces at the completion of runs as
well as did some of the preventative maintenance on these furnaces as well.
Organized and established
a work flow for the parts prep and cleaning areas so that OCLR Team members
could easily
pick up all that was needed for a run in one convenient location. I was also tasked
w ith taking measurements of all the hex assemblies for a new conversion. I was
r unning the unload teams for a time and remained an unloader until my last day
t here. I was also asked for input
on writing the boule removal procedure and bakeout procedure for new parts.
