• Write RFP for $1M acquisition of Android devices, establish vendor list, and distribute RFP
• Saved client $3M by developing an alternative computer system upgrade option, establishing project budget
and timeline, writing equipment and software requirements RFP, led vendor proposal evaluations, managed
implementation, continually reviewing progress with management, and completed the projected within the
time projected and the budget I developed.
• Managed virtual environment projects utilizing server virtualization, and desktop virtualization with desktop
access from various types of mobile devices.
• Managed the design, development, and implementation of a cost effective buyer’s purchasing assistance
systems to save the buyer’s time, reduce overstocking, and parts shortages for a manufacturers repair
