Leader Tech is a world leading innovator and manufacturer of EMI shielding products for circuit boards and electronic

enclosures. The company has 130 employees. The IT infrastructure consist of 80+ desktop/laptop computers and 17

servers. Responsible for all areas of the infrastructure including end user support, network and systems engineering,

boxed and custom software solutions and IT management.

Responsibilities/Accomplishments:

Management

• Developed long term technology plans and projects, annual budget and resource forecasting.

Infrastructure Planning and Engineering

Digitel is a call center. I was hired to re-engineer the infrastructure including systems, databases, processes and disaster

recovery. The company has 300+ employees. The network consists of 300+ Dell Windows XP workstation, 30+ Dell

Windows servers/SAN/NAS devices and various network switches and routers. Server applications include Exchange,

SQL, IIS, Touchstar Call Center, Asterisk PBX and Symantec Backup.

Management

• Short term and long term budget preparation and reporting.
