Responsibilities:

. My responsibilities included as a part of my sap CRM Support Team. The

scope of Project was to provide support to already implemented SAP CRM

Services, Middleware, My Account application.

. My Account part of E Commerce is a web based application where the online

sales orders are created. The main responsibility is fixing the catalogue

maintenance and ISA issues

. Working with My Account Application (CRM 7.0), finding the root cause

analysis and solving the issues.

. Middleware: Our responsibility is monitoring activities and fixing up of

the errors due to the failed queues.

. Services: It involves the linking up of new customers, issues related to

the services orders created.

. Involved in day to day reporting activities.

. Involved mainly in supporting the My Account application.

. I have created job aids involving the functionalities of certain modules

and then used for the future reference of the team.
