Description: Claim intake system is used by intake specialist to get

information from the claim ants to process their claims. This is a web

based application which will facilitate users to send mails with letters to

employers, employees and physicians for confirmation on the claims

submitted. Response from the above can be via email, US mail or fax based

on the response the documents will scanned and indexed using KOFAX and sent

to Filenet.
