o By reducing the flow crack defect at RCL area by studying the flow and

compatibility properties of compound.

o Compound formulation for sidewall and rim strip compound changed for

getting good mould flow.

o Profile modification of treads and sidewalls.

. Reduction of process rejection from 17% to 7% in vendor unit of CEAT.

. Reduction in Market Premature Claim from vendor of CEAT by 60%.

. Successfully developed a new outsourcing vendor unit for flaps for

CEAT in North India.
