Responsible for developing and implementing TPM programs in Back -End Assembly operations.

Responsible for planning and designing specific TPM (fast -track) training programs for operational

groups (production operators and technicians)

Minimized operational losses by optimizing daily maintenance through Asset Productivity,

Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance. Some of the gains were:
