ORGANIZATION: Instrumental in surgical department incorporating central
sterilization decreasing staff by 3 and maintaining
all hospital sterilization. Redesigned case cart
system. Developed new patient charge system. Moved
and designed surgery storage.
Designed plans and supervised building of new holding
area, employee lounge, and men's dressing room. Member of
committee that developed and implemented operating
