Management
• Operations management: oversaw masonry construction and managed sub-contractors,
for multimillion dollar exclusive custom homes.
• Coordinated work site for: employee time cards, schedules and pay, coordinated with
engineers, architects, builders, interior designers, painters etc. on jobsite scheduling, and
inspections.
• Hired all sub-contractors, managing a 25 person crew, and subcontractors, and operating
heavy equipment.
• Researched O.S.H.A. classes in Spanish pertinent to the job through (RMMI) Rocky
Mountain Masonry Institute, hand select a group of candidates for day training and
registered the candidates for, Scaffold safety, and job site safety classes.
Logistics
• Manage logistics on all job site materials to find the best quality, price, and availability of
special materials to remain competitive in today’s market.
• Responsible for trucking, handling, job site placement, storage, and installation of
