SAP upgrade project: SRM6 to SRM7 EHP3 and ECC5 to ECC6.
o Team management (7 consultants) and supporting the various tasks of the Upgrade Lifecycle
o Animation of conception workshops with customers to define targeted processes.
o Definition of new specifications and providing impacts studies of the upgrades
o Identification of new standard features of SAP and the specific development to reapply or obsoletes
o Create and conduct test scripts to cover functional business requirements
o Identification and resolution of anomalies and deviations due to the upgrades
