• Responsible for implementing operations and maintenance schedules for utility machines like:

o Filter cleaning of Air Compressor

o Fins cleaning of Cooling Tower

o Condenser cleaning of Chiller

• Resolving various problems pertaining to HVAC like maintaining temperature, humidity, differential pressure, etc.

ensuring smooth daily operations

• Recommending and planning weekly preventive breakdown schedules, overtime or contractor participation to

meet unusual or emergency situations

• Preparation of SOP’s and documents related to preventive maintenance and updating training records of the

engineers for future reference

• Performing special assignments as directed by utilizing the engineering knowledge and experience

• Analyzing and troubleshooting breakdowns occurring in production equipment like FBD, RMG, Autocoater,

Sifter, TSCM (Turbo Sifter cum Miller), Vacuum Pumps, Blister Packing & Strip Packing Machines

• Participating in departmental activities of regulatory audits prepration work like WHO
