maintain the site and naming conventions.

Project Controller for PSI.
Principal duties include assisting the program manager in day-to-day
operations by performing project and task management as part of the organizational Project Management
Office (PMO). This includes resource management, strict adherence to project milestones and deadlines,
creating and submitting deliverables to the Government, organizing and coordinating team meetings, and
acting as a facilitator between numerous agency contracting officers, program/project managers, testers,
engineers, vendors and other project team members.
Focus on quality assurance, which includes reviewing internal documents and
deliverables to the customer, tracking action items for projects, tracking software defects, and conducting
audits on all deliverables using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and practices.
Implemented Configuration Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) software
process improvement methodology to include Extreme Programming (XP) commensurate with Agile “sprints.”
Perform comprehensive configuration management (CM) by establishing and
maintaining deliverable documents, tracking all software changes, maintaining and tracking customer and
project requirements, and ensuring custom configurations are maintained utilizing SharePoint workflow
management features.
Develop and maintain dynamic project tracking documents with MS Excel and MS Project to track all
expenditures including but not limited to company and subcontract resource hours, other direct costs, labor costs,
contract revenue, contract burn rates and milestone reporting requirements. These documents are also used to create
elaborate workload forecasting models to aid in revenue projections as well as improved resource management.
