Texas ExxonMobil - I am responsible for ExxonMobil operating procedures

for project controls at the EM Houston Campus. My role is to monitor,

analyze and forecast all cost elements for the campus Ops organization,

including changes in scopes of work or services. I update budget

information, expenditure information and forecast costs in the contract

reporting system. Provide earned value analysis-based on input from Ops

team and prepare spreadsheets and a wide variety of routine cost analysis,

cash flow and other Ops Stewardship reports.

Lend Lease - Commercial Construction Industry

PROJECT MANAGER, 2008-2012 Houston, Texas

JP Morgan Chase - I successfully manage d the design, budget and

construction management for JP Morgan Chase. My primary responsibility was

to coordinate client/owner, architect, contractor and subcontractor through

Capital Value process. Handled schedules, budgets, Chase/Lend Lease HSSE

policies and procedures. Audited quality of labor and materials, costs

savings and met set bench marks.

British Petroleum - I provided the lead management role for all aspects of

construction activities on the Houston Westlake projects, this included

contract administration, scheduling, cost, quality assurance, labor and

forecasting during the define and execute stages of the projects. I also

over saw the highest standard HSE regulations, quality management and day

to day operations of procurement within BP's and Lend Lease's boundaries of

As Purchasing Manager, I was responsible for organizing and streamlining

the estimating and purchasing process. This included improving take-off

and purchase order process, improving communication and follow up between

the purchasing department and the field. Managed government contracts in

accordance with HUD and FAR regulations. Additionally, was responsible for

identifying and qualifying local vendors and subcontractors, as well as
