o Initiated, planned, led and monitored the implementation of all major ERP projects from design to completion,

o Covered project management facets including risk and issue, scope and change request, project schedule and budget,

o Developed project charter, plans, reports to be presented to board, senior management, project teams, partners and clients,

Purkinje is a Quebecer supplier of healthcare information technology that develops and implements proprietary solutions.

Main activities and responsibilities

o Leading and monitoring implementation of software development projects (internal) and client-related healthcare projects

such as ADT, CPOE, PIS solutions. Ranging up to $500 K,

o Managed resources (R&D Sales, Marketing, IT) to conduct projects from design to completion,

o Supported Sales team in RFP and RFI responses, Pre-sell support (demos and presentations).

Achievements and Assets

o Managed accordingly to the SDLC a software development project with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing),

o Written Marketing Requirement Document (MRD) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRD) - part of SDLC,

o Successfully implemented ISO 13485 norm and a Quality Management System to be in compliance with Canada’s norms.

o Assisted and guided caregivers and pharmacists on setting up key CPOE–EMRs solutions (ex:PowerChart, PharmNet)
