The Computer Analytical Network Baltimore MD

Designed and implemented a Project Management System for Westinghouse Corpora-

tion in Hunt Valley on a IBM 4341 mainframe. Management Facilities for two years

contract with Carefirst Medical System. Developed a Trust Accounting System for

Maryland Legal Services. Also at Maryland Legal Services implemented the first

working Novell network system in B altimore . D esigned and implemented a

Methadone m anagement a nd billing s ystem for East Baltimore Drug Abuse Corpo-

ration . I T Consultant for Turning Point Methadone Clinic from Dec 2003 to June

2011 with 35 workstations and a mirrored Server with Internet capabilities. Developed

a Property Assessment system for the Northwest Covenant in the Loch Raven Area.

Design and developed a membership accounting system for Masonic Temple at Prince

Hall Grand Lodge. Designed and implemented a Payroll system for over fifteen

thousand employees of the National Energy Power Authority in Lagos Nigeria.

Also designed a Bank Reconciliation program, General Ledger and Accounts Pay-

able systems. Implemented Bank management systems for several banks in Nige-

ria. Help Radio One digitize all music and commercials for use by all local sta-

tions. Help setup site locations for the Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Philadel-

phia offices. IT Manager for The National Great Blacks In Wax Museum from

February 2010 to December 2013. Duties included implementing several account-

ing software packages, hardware maintenance, network, operation procedures and a

company newsletter. Also managed, designed and developed numerous software and

hardware solutions for businesses from small to large in accounting, manufacturing and

networking installations.

frame server. Participated as part of a five person development team to develop an

Virginia. Developed a n i n - h o u s e Payroll a n d Accounting system for Genasys Corpora-

tion. A l s o w a s t h e P rogrammer Manager and supervised a staff of ten p rogrammers

for an accounting system developed for Department of Human Resources eighty agencies.

D eveloped a Manufacturer Work In Progress Inventory Control system for an over 80,000

parts manufacturing plastic cap manufacturer. Managed and supervised daily operations

Duties included complete computer operations for five regional locations. Also maintain all

software medications for all locations.
