15 Central Park West is an ultra-luxurious condominium building located at

the corner of West 61st Street and Central Park West in New York City.

Construction started in 2005 and was completed in 2008, 15 CPW is divided

into two sections, a 20-story tower on Central Park West known as "the

house" and a 43-story tower on Broadway, joined by a glass-enclosed lobby

. Responsible for preparing and administering budgets to include

tracking expenditures, forecasting expenditures, approving purchases

and monitoring contract funds

. Responsible for Con-Edison supplied hi-psi steam, natural gas,

domestic water, fire standpipe and sprinkler system and integration
