have a financial background and volunteer as treasurer for local community

organizations. I have over 15 years experience in various levels of

Banking Officer& Manager

Handle all aspects of running a branch, supervise and coach staff of 6

employees, made monthly scheduling for staff, run daily operations of the

branch. I worked with staff for training on new products and computer

upgrades. I kept them updated on new procedures and coached on sales and

service. Monthly employee conversations were held to review their goals and

duties to keep communication open, annual reviews were done as well.

Responsible for handling the daily operation of the branch. Handled all

reports including overdrafts, monthly audit reports to management,

scheduling and coaching of the staff, daily proof of ATMs and Branch,

Handled daily operation and sales of the branch as well as coaching and
