Handle all aspects of running a branch, supervise and coach staff of 6
employees, made monthly scheduling for staff, run daily operations of the
branch. I worked with staff for training on new products and computer
upgrades. I kept them updated on new procedures and coached on sales and
service. Monthly employee conversations were held to review their goals and
duties to keep communication open, annual reviews were done as well.
