Schneider National OTR Team Driver

Schneider National - Indianapolis, IN - October 2014 to Present

As an OTR truck driver I was responsible for planning transportation routes when they start with a location

address and deadline. I was reqired to be familiar with the laws and rules for carrying cargo on certain routes. I

also performed a pre-trip inspection of my truck and trailer to ensure safety features and systems are working

properly. I had to adhere to the U.S. Department of Transportation rules regarding the safe operation of the

vehicle, which include maximum driving hours and minimum rest time and maintaining up to date logbook

using Qualqomm system. As a Team driver I was able to maximize the number of hours on the road.

As a TSO I provide security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional

manner. This includes: Operating screening equipment to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on

and angry passengers, in order to preserve the professional ability to identify and locate potentially life

threatening or mass destruction devices, and to make effective decisions in both crisis and routine situations.
