. Independently responsible for Technical Operations of Plywood, MDF
line and resin manufacturing plant.
. Monitoring trends and generating new ideas for low formaldehyde
emission on plywood & MDF for the wood based panel market.
. Manage new products development projects from theoretical recipe, viz
Film Faced Plywood, Plywood using Acacia M.
. Evaluation and implementation of R&D related processes.
. Be a custodian of all formulation and process changes on the request

. Reduce in Monthly Rejection of MDF from 3.78 % to 1.35 %, as well as

. Successfully made MDF from EFB ( Empty Fruit Bunch of Oil Palm ; one
kind of Bio waste )
. Use Veneer Waste (locally available) by 18%, in Chip Preparation.
. Successfully made the Complete Project Report of 900 cbm / day MDF
plant in India by Samling Group, dealing with all machine and
equipment suppliers. Unfortunately the project scrapped in lieu of
death of the Director.
. Presented a paper on "Oil Palm, a sustainable source of the Bio
Energy and Raw Material for the Wood Based Panel Industries ", has
been presented at PELICE-2010, held on 4-6 Feb, 2010, Atlanta,

%, as well as for plywood from 7.32 % to 4.41 %, within 12 months of
time.

of various equipment to increase machine up time/ equipment
reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets.
. Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns through
