Outdoor Publicity Management: Booking and Management of Advertising hoardings in

Ahmedabad city using J2EE, MySQL (B.E Aug 2012- April 2013)

Shaktiman:The Greenfoot Game:Created a game called Shaktimaan using six design patterns in

the tool Greenfoot, implemented observer design pattern.

California Water Monitoring and Forecasting:Created a website for monitoring the drought in

the state of California. Big Data Analysis of the reservoirs and forecasting using a linear

progression algorithm. A website was developed using HTML, CSS, jQuery, J2EE, MongoDB to

store the data, HighCharts for the visualization.

Building an Availability Manager to monitor the status of Virtual Machines - Constantly

monitoring the health of the virtual machines, if the VM is not responding then it will restart

automatically and if the vHost is not working then it will search the available vHost and will

migrate to the available vHost. Used VMware vSphere Client, Java.

Large-scale statistics gathering and analysis tool in scalable, virtualized environments:

Collecting the statistics of a VM using Java using Logstash and storing them in MongoDB at the

interval of 5 seconds. The aggregated data of the VM at the interval of 5 min, 1 hour and 1 day is

then stored in the MySQL. Finally the data is visualized using the webApp developed in Node.js

and D3.js.

Black-box Testing of the Mobile App “Waze”: Used Black-Box testing methods like Equivalence

Partitioning, Decision Table testing, Category Partitioning to create test cases. It was a location

based Mobile App. Automated Testing of the Waze App (Android OS) was done in Appium, Load

testing in NeoLoad.

Partly created MIaaS for the Android users. Created a website allocating the AndroidEmulators to

the users with the help of Resource Allocation Algorithm.
