Description

RUSA: Eclipse will be used as a primary application to search and

authenticate customers in Branch, Call Centers and Back Office. Greet is

one of the functions of Eclipse under the Customer Menu that is used to

search for a Customer record and display the overview of Customer details.

Upon successful response from the search and authentication, 360-view

profile summary screen would be displayed. User would then click on

account hyperlink to access legacy applications for account opening and

servicing, which data from Greet/360 will be pre-populated so information

does not have to re-keyed into legacy systems. Users to be dropped into

360 view, which can link to legacy applications for Servicing (includes

Concierge, CWS, CSW and Sawgrass) and Account Opening (includes DB Sales

and OSRO and Concierge).

Responsibilities:

. Involved in Document, Implement, Monitor and enforce all processes

and Procedures for testing is established as per standards defined by

the Organization

. Involved in Test planning and Test execution and also performed

Functionality Testing and Regression Testing

. Setting up test Environment in VMware and also in local Machines.

closing versions
