I am very passionate about the industry I am involved with and am proud to

be considered one of the engineer in my current work place and to have

achieved a small recognition for my work. I see one of my major strengths

being my adaptability. For that I can seek new challenges that bring the

Graduate Engineer Trainee

Currently Working with Central Tool Room & Training Center as a GET. It's a

big name in the Production & Design industry and I am feeling proud to be

the one member of this family. Here is some of the work I worked so far

under this big name.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY

I have extensive knowledge of many software applications. Listed are those

which I use on a regular basis:

CATIA V5 (R15, R19, R21)

I have been using CATIA V5 extensively since 2011 and consider myself to be

good user. I use CATIA V5 for creating complicated surface model for most

of my designs as well as solid modeling, Drafting, Sheet metal &

Manufacturing.

CRE-O Parametric (2.0)

Although I am more comfortable with CRE-O rather than PRO-E, I have had

plenty of experience creating solid models & core cavity with this

application.

Solid Works (2012)

Though I have some knowledge in this software, when it comes to designing

in a very attractive graphics environment I prefer this software.

AutoCAD (2008, 2012)

When it comes to design wireframe diagrams I would like to prefer this

software rather than others. Specially for drafting purposes.

PROFESSIONAL TRAININGS

1. Master of CAD/CAM - July 2013 - December 2013

This marks my first leap into Designing and Manufacturing professionally.

During this brief period I was lucky enough to train myself in Product

Design Sector.

2. Industrial Training for 1 month- July 2012-Augest 2012

NALCO (National Aluminum Company Limited), Damanjodi, Koraput, Odisha- One

of the Navaratna Company in INDIA. There I have learned the process of

mining of bauxite & refining it to Alumina, which may guide in core

industries.

. Ability to stick to the creative brief and other guidelines

. Excellent knowledge of modeling and drafting.

PROJECT WORKS

Knowledge converts to experience when practical work will implement. Some

of practical works that I have successfully implemented:

1. Intelligence Land Clearance System in 4-wheelers

This is such a system that can implement in super cars to lift the chassis

when speed breakers ahead, so as to active in Indian roads. This whole

system is a combination of Mechanical, pneumatics, micro controller &

industrial automation.

2. Pedal Power Washing Machine

This is such a washing machine that works only by means of mechanical

engineering. There is no use of electrical energy. This system not only

saves electricity but also saves human health by pedaling.

3. Fuel Efficient Engine by using Preheat Intake Air

By using this system we can reuse the unburnt fuel particle coming with

smoke of engine. So that its millage will high & pollution will less.
