comprised of 25 substations, 123 feeders, over 2,500 miles of conductor, and 60,000 pieces of equipment serving 350,000 customers.

Was accountable for the management of system parameters, such as over-current protection, over-voltage protection, reliability,

coordination and public/employee safety.

• Successfully developed and implemented short-term and long-term facility maintenance programs that effectively addressed

system reliability issues.

• Developed 5 year facilities expansion / replacement plan that was a large driver for a $15M operations center budget
