Promoted from individual contributor to Team lead and then to Group lead. Work with United Technology Aerospace

Systems customers in all departments to develop requirements and Statements of Work to grow area. Worked closely with

customers to insure people applied to the work had the proper skills to deliver high customer satisfaction. Recruited

interviewed, hired, induct ed, and managed people with appropriate skill and experience to meet requirements. Manage site

growth from 6 contributors to over 150 people supporting all business units in Rockford. Met Qu est growth, quality,

customer satisfaction and financial margin goals. Managed office operations, local human resource activities, company

financial and metric reporting to Quest national management.

INGENIUM TECHNOLOGIES Contracted to Hamilton Sundstrand, Rockford, IL 2005-2009

March 2005- March 2009 - 787 Electric Power - Operations Project Lead. Developed and implemented strategies, plans for

design, source selection, manufacture, qualification and delivery of major electric system components. Delivered

engineering prototypes, qualifications and flight test units to 787 partners and customers as needed.

March 2005- Jan. 2006 - Plant Transition Team. Assisted with transitioning all Rockford Electronics operations to UTC
