Embedded System designing and impliment the module by

programming of the microcontroller .Making Hardware connections and fixing different

devices on PCB and powering them with regulated power supply . Making different

circuitary according to need of the project and making a program layout by just typing on

PC’s and transfer them to the controller by burner attached to system and again fix the

controller to the cicuitary. Binary words are the basic fundas used in it to on off and make

different devices in operation like LED’s, Stepper motor, LCD’s, D.C. motor, etc .

Project:- Anticollision System. (Team project)

The increasing of accidents especially train accidents which is the

reason of deaths of people points our attention to make such a system which will reduce

the train accidents . We use embedded system in our module and use ULTRA SONIC

sensors which detects the distance program by us and stops the D.C. motors of the trains

which results in slowing speed of trains and make them stop and save the life of people

from death.

Industrial Automation using the PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC

CONTROLLER), H.M.I. (Human Machine Interface) & V.F.D. (Variable Frequency

Drive) of the OMRON company. The PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER is a digital

computer used for automation. PLCs are used in many industries and machines. Unlike

general-purpose computers, the PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output

arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and resistance

to vibration and impact.

Pannel Designing for the industrial automation on different

industrial applications by using PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC

CONTROLLER), H.M.I. (Human Machine Interface) & V.F.D. (Variable

Frequency Drive) .
