Administrative/Clerical-Customer Service Professional III
I am required to handle all 24 hour telephone customer service
responsibilities for numerous high profile financial clients. I process
payments, troubleshoot the credit card website we utilize for our clients
and answer any questions about a commercial account upon request of the
card holder. I also handle e-mail inquiries reflecting account issues as
well. I handle credit accounts specifically; however I am equipped with
knowledge from 5 different departments.

Charity Retrieval Agent
While employed with CRF, I was required to make outbound calls collecting
donations for specific agencies that we serviced privately and nationally.
I worked closely with agencies such as Kid's Wish Foundation, the Disabled
Veterans Foundation, & a cancer research team that studied cures for the
whole spectrum of cancer patients nationwide.
(October 2012- February 2013) Outback Steakhouse Erie, PA
Dishwasher
At Outback, I was the dishwasher for the restaurant. I was expected to
wash, scour, and sanitize all china, glasses, and cooking ware according to
the Health Department guidelines. I placed all the clean dishes back in
their correct stations in the kitchen and also assisted the cooks with
collecting any additional items from the cooler or freezer that needed
restocked during the dinner rush.
(March 2012- July 2012) Dial America Erie, PA
Telemarketer
Dial America was my first telemarketing position, where I was able to gain
a tremendous amount of knowledge and polish my assertiveness on the phones.
I was required to call existing customers of 5/3rd Bank and coerce them to
apply for a new credit card account. I also informed them of different
perks that were available with the card upon sign up. We also had to call
competitor's customers and offer them perks to change banks as well.
(November 2011- February 2012) West Corporation Erie, PA
Customer Service Representative
While employed with West, I was required to process inbound calls for
different products and services that were advertised on television. We had
to participate in verbatim sales as well as cross-selling and up-selling
products to customers to raise product awareness and create more revenue
for the client. I also was involved with audio transcription as well. I was
able to average approximately 30 records per hour.
(June 2011- October 2011) Blair Corporation Erie, PA
Mail Order Specialist
Working with Blair Corporation, I was exposed to mail order catalogue
sales; which were geared toward the elderly age demographic. The position
had taught me pace with customers as well as patience. The customers would
call in and provide me with a list of items they would like to place an
order for and I would process them using their POS computer system.
(September 2009- August 2010) Country Fair Inc. Erie, PA
Team Member
Country Fair was my first position in the customer service arena. I handled
cash register sales for all of the convenience store merchandise, process
lottery tickets and assist with gas sales. I also worked in the deli
department where I made sub sandwiches fresh to order as well as keep the
store tidy.

Central Tech High School Class of 2011 Honors Academy Graduate Erie, PA
I graduated from Central with a 3.1 GPA and accelerated placement in the
honors academy and finishing with an additional mathematics and science
course.
Central Tech is a vocational school where I took a specialty of Microsoft
IT Academy. I learned the ins and outs of the Microsoft Office suite and
also received training in programming languages and HTML coding.
