Inbound calls working with Home Owners, Lawyers, Real Estate Agents and other 3rd
party Companies. Working as a liaison between many different departments of Bank Of America.
My primary duties include, SHORT SALE, REO (Real Estate Owned) properties and HELOC
Home loan accounts. I play many different rolls depending on the call that comes in at any given
time. I do Status Updates, Initiations of SHORT SALES, Initiation of HELOC SHORT SALES.
Help Interested Buyers that call in about Real Estate Owned properties owned by the Bank that
have been Foreclosed on in there area. Help concerned neighbors of empty properties where
there might be Squatters or damage been done or being done, Illegal activities going on, ETS. I

Dealt with issue solving as well as Technical Support and Data Entry. I was very accurate on
inputting all information in the Data base that concerned each Sam's Club Member. I never had
any complaints by members about the way that I handled them and there Accounts. If I was
unable for any reason to assist the member I would transfer the member to a neighboring
department within Sam's Club. Though In most of the situations I encountered with the members I
was able to deescalate and solve the problem. I did such a good job that I was given a raise after
being there only 4 months.

were a suitable candidates for donations. Read and implemented Medical terminology on each
donors Medical paper file & inputted it correctly in CSL’s DMS system. I was also trained on the

sold over $3000,000 million dollars in Protection Agreements yearly.

Negotiated percentage rates on interest baring loans with debtors, credit card companies,
and financial institutions for clients. Discussed with clients how to pay off their debt faster.
Created a portfolio to show clients what they would be saving. In the Sales department I
contacted clients about using DSI's services. I contracted clients for Financial Consulting services
and took method of payment to do so. I did such a great job for DSI Financial and there clients,
that the Human Resources Director of DSI gave me a letter of recommendation. After shutting
this division down they transferred me to the Sales department and finally they shut the Sales
department down and laid me off.
