to closeout. Established estimating department for startup general contractor, Giambrone Construction,

Inc. (GCI), generating $30/MM in annual revenue. Developed vast database and historical information for

Startup & Growth Strategy. Took GCI business from startup to full scale operation reporting directly to

the President. Hired the initial 5 employees and implemented standardized procedures/policies
