material meets intended service.
. Responsible for mold change overs, maintenance and repair, collecting
first shot optical measurements.
. Considerable set-up, processing, mechanical and hydraulic
troubleshooting of molding machines.
. Perform repair to thermolators, Injection Molding machine hydraulic
pneumatic and electrical opportunities.
. Tooling utilized is cold runner, insulated runner, hot runner and
valve gated molds.
. Evaluated and mentored 3-7 internal and external project associates
for over five years.
. Extensive processing and repair experience of pad printing, hot
stamping and ultrasonic welding.
. Three patents awarded for Medical device product extensions and new to
industry products.
. Writing and executing SOP in GMP environment with proven results and
trained associates in process.
. Maintain GMP environment, document process and review batch records to
assure continued lot release.
. Initiated and completed tooling qualification and verification
activities to support production.
