Supervised and managed the construction of Re-models and New Store Opening on the East Coast (NY, FL,
MD & VA). Responsible for all aspects of construction project. Responsible for over $30 M in construction and
FF&E costs.
• Played a key role in the management & implementation of the initial Re-Image Programs in Baltimore,
Washington, DC, Orlando & Miami Markets
• Lead Construction Manager for $1.8M “REMODEL” of the Sheepshead Bay (Brooklyn) FRIDAYS
restaurant after being forced to close by the damage of Super Storm SANDY (Awarded Gold Service
Pin for effectively managing project and opening “ON TIME” by “OPPS TEAM”)
