Job Responsibilities:

. As Assistant Manager QA

1- Leading Unit lab as quality head of raw material processing unit where

responsible as administrational & technical quality issues related to

food raw materials in process and RM testing in lab.

2- Responsible to manage all QA & QC parameters.

3- Working on HSE implementation, create awareness to labor with co-

ordination with production supervisors.

4- Worked on BRC, HACCP, FSMS (ISO 22000), QMS (ISO 9001) technicalities

& traceability system.

5- Member of Internal Audit team.

6- Working on food defense security system project.

7- Working on "Buhler plant" installing project for Red Chilli cleaning

process with sortex mechanism.

8- Responsible for compiling and present bi-yearly report on supplier

evaluation data, Monthly GMP status, Incident reports.

9- Working on bird's deterrent project with ultrasonic devices which

restrict birds to enter in premises without harming them (an

environmentally friendly project).

1- Conducting Physical & Chemical Testing of Food Products e.g. Spices,

Pickles, Tomato Ketchup, Salsa (Chilli Garlic Sauce), Green Chilli

Sauce (Hari Chutney), Mango Chutney, Plum Chutney, Vinegar, Jams,

Canned Foods, Pastes, Squashes, Syrups, Preserves, Rose Water, Kewra

water etc.

2- Conducting Physical & Chemical Testing of all the Supplier's Samples

3- Conducting Chemical Testing of Feed Water, Boiler Water, Reverse
