Michelon Motor Sports, Engine High Performance design, and assembly. April 1, 2005 to

January 2010. I was the owner and chief designer for High Performance Engines.

University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, August 20, 2000 to December 15, 2005. I was

involved in teaching new students in the areas of Anatomy& Physiology, and external and

internal structures of the human body.

Salida Texaco, Salida Colorado, January 1996 thru August 2000. I owned a Texaco full

service center, with emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. I specialized in

automotive general maintenance, electrical and drivability repairs.

Glenwood Springs Ford, Glenwood Springs, Colorado; June 1990 thru January 1996. I took

a positioned as shop foreman. My focus was to improve customer satisfaction; this was

accomplished by training the technicians in proper diagnosis and repairs on all Ford vehicles

in conjunction with their continuing education. Also at that time I was chosen to represent

Ford Motor Co. as their national top technician.

Art Hill Ford, Merrillville, In., September 1973 thru June 1990. I started as a line technician

worked up to shop foreman. I trained both new and existing technicians in improving their

skills to reduce customer come backs. I organized the shop to run more efficiently which

increased customer satisfaction. At this time I assisted the District Service Engineer at other

dealerships in diagnosis and repair of vehicles that would have been bought back by Ford
