Description:
Srinivas Induction Hardening was established in year 1965 and is supplier
of crankshaft to the leading tractor & automotive vehicle manufacturers in
India. They have developed almost all models of crankshafts for Mahindra &
Mahindra, Mitsubishi and Nissan ranging from single cylinder to six
cylinder.
Keyway Milling Machine was been designed and manufactured to make keyways
on Mitsubishi 2 & 3cylinder crankshafts.
Responsibilities:
. Participate in planning, documenting, configuring, administering and
designing using CATIA V5 and AutoCAD.
. To design machine base, machine plate, base plate, V-block fixtures and
the outer covering guard.
. Determine required motor and its RPM and horse power.
. Provide complete machine simulation using CATIA tool.
. Be in contact with the outer part manufacturing industries and workshops.
. Participate in analysis and management functions.
. Involvements in evaluating technologies, design solutions, develop
proposals and submit such proposals to Senior Engineers.
. Installation and fixing up of machine to the floor base.
