managing up to four supervisors and 215 employees. Responsible and provide direction for day to day operation for safety,
quality, service, productivity in support of Plant business goals.
• Managed and led assembly line productivity project that produced twenty additional units per day with no additional
labor or staffing changes which resulted in annual liquidation improvement of $1.4 million
• Coordinated, managed and implemented a change in assembly line refrigerant charge process that enabled improved
output and productivity labor savings of $90K year.
• Drove innovation to eliminate a high potential safety risk to personnel and equipment on the i2 assembly unit
refrigerant evacuation process resulting in savings of $110K and reducing injuries by 50 percent.
Trane Residential - Quality Team Leader 2003 to 2005
Managed and led quality system function, maintenance and continuous improvement efforts. Performed, analyzed and
diagnosed problems with equipment, tooling, and process methods. Managed and provided technical leadership to engineers,
technicians, and hourly employee quality control inspectors.
