Description about Current Company

SATGURU TRAVELS was founded by Mr. Gobindram Chandirani in 1989, Kigali

Rwanda. Satguru Group is currently holding 60+ branches across the globe

with 7500+ employees.

Overall Responsibilities

As Travel Consultant and Corporate Co-coordinator

. Deliver excellent customer service and assist in keeping Customer

Queries

. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in

person, on telephone or via e-mail; Carry out instructions given by

the management team & head office

. Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with

company policy

. Keep up to date with all Airline promotions and deals to provide

information to Clients, on request

. Fulfill all reasonable requests from Client, Walking to ensure their

comfort, satisfaction and safety

. Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first

point of contact for guests and the emergency services as working as

24/7 for Co operates

. Maintain Customer Service and Satisfaction building good rapport with

them as well as with Airline.

. Provide guidance to staff/guests in emergency situations in accordance

with company policies and procedures

. Liaise closely with other Departments and emphasize on excellent inter-

departmental relations considering other departmental procedures and

policies
