Description : This application developed for a contact center

which helps to collect the bills of patients. The

application consists of two main modules the telephony

module and bill processing module. The telephony module

consists of telephony functionality like answer, transfer,

hang off, wait for handling the calls of patients; it can

handle both inbound and outbound calls.

The bill process module has a

demographic screen which displays the patient's name,

address, social security number, home telephone number,

work telephone number, amount to be paid and their

insurance policy identity number. By telephone the patient

can call the call center, talk to the customer service

executive and pay the bills using credit card or by means

of electronic check transaction.

Responsibilities

. Develop the application utilizing JDK1.5, Java EE, and Developed user

interface using JSP, HTML, XML, and XSLT and used JavaScript for

client side validations.
