Responsible for all maintenance and Safety operations for a 900,000+ square
foot logistics distribution facility. Instituted a computerized Maintenance
Management system (COGZ) for 2 high speed shoe sorters, 2.16 miles of
conveyor systems and associated drive and computerized PLC control systems.
Repaired, replaced high and low voltage motors and drive systems.
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all plant systems to
include HVAC, Plant Air, Facility utilities, and Fire system. Supervised 7
employees.

Responsible for all maintenance and Safety operations for a 500,000+ square
foot logistics distribution facility. Reinstituted a computerized
Maintenance Management system (COGZ) for 3 high speed shoe sorters, 4.69
miles of conveyor systems and associated drive and pneumatic control
systems. Created and maintained the AOP budget of 8.34 million dollars, 2.3
million for facilities and maintenance operations. Planned and executed a
$90,000 rebuild for two sorters under budget and under time with zero plant
downtime. Maintained and automated a 3,000 line item spare parts inventory.
Responsible for the facility Safety program with an accident rate of .206
per 10,000 work hours or 150% of established KPI's. Supervised 8 employees.
