assigned new Projects or new scopes to their current projects. The goal is to ensure all steps/processes have
been completed before the Customer Sales Bid support Team finalizes handover action the project team for
implementation.
• Such actions includes but not limited to: Review of Contract and solutions to be provided; review the
procurement & logistic plans; review the costing, the risks, as sold cost estimate, and the gross margin
estimate at completion; review the resourcing plans; review the Project setup in the Project tools (IPM), which
all ultimately supports the Project Target Agreement handover from the bid support team to the project
execution team.
• Performed Project Management Assessments (PMAs) on new and existing projects. These assessments
identified the readiness of the new projects and how well the existing projects were being managed within the
NSN mode of Operations. The PMAs required on-site visits and a complete review of all processes and
associated documents being used to manage all aspects of the projects.
• Monitored and analyzed project progress reporting on multiple projects in multiple reports weekly, and
identified issues with the project team’s performance. Ensured the project teams were aware of the issues
noted, and assisted the team in correcting many of the reporting issues found in the Project Tools (IPM).
These actions also assisted in the Reduction Assets program, which a project was assigned to me to assist
the team’s focus on identifying and providing solutions on gaining acceptance from the customer, facilitating
cash collection and Purchase Order closure.

planned and managed the removal of Nortel Base Stations’ (BTS) and the installation of the Nokia Base BTS’.
