I am currently the Master Scheduler for a manufacturing site that produces Rail automation products. The site consists
of 1 unique cells that produce in excess of 100K different possible skus averaging over 4000 different sales orders per month
while using in conjunction BAAN and SAP and separate ERP systems. I am the migration team to transition the division over to
SAP fully. I am responsible for developing the monthly Sales GAP forecast and KPI metrics for the site and monitoring and
reporting changes on a weekly basis. I work with all groups within the division to include purchasing, planning, customer
service, sales, Engineering, R&D, and manufacturing. I also participate in weekly customer relations calls with several of the
class 1 customers. I am accountable for maintaining the workload for the various cells by level loading the volume of SO
compared to the capacity of the individual cell and also supply feedback to customer service on any delays in the estimated
production date or giving expedited dates on hot orders that are needed prior to the defined lead time. I work with the
purchasing group to set priorities for material going thru the 1st article process according to previous history and current and
future demand. This position is the single touch point that directs how and when an order will process thru the plant while
communicating back thru out the organization the expectations and results.

I was the Material Logistics Manager for an aero structure manufacturing site. My group consisted of 6 supervisors
that directed warehousing, tool cribs, production control, Gov tool control, indirect spend and document control across two
shifts within a unionized workforce. I had indirect spend budget of over $400K monthly and maintain an average of $40mil
RAW/WIP inventory with turns that exceed 7times. The inventory consisted of both sheet metal and fabricated stock. I have
been able to implement KPIs for the materials group and also revamp several of the areas to lean the process for a more
controlled work flow. I had responsibility for developing processes to move the internal warehouse and relocate to an external
3PL source to free up 13.5K worth of floor space for manufacturing while not affecting productivity of the manufacturing cells.
I was the site lead for Logistics for the corporate initiative to redefine the ITAR compliance guidelines
