As a Fire safety Director ( FSD ) ; my role is to provide the most safety within the building in accordance with Fire Prevention Code. Therefore:
Monitor the fire Command Station at all time. Perform daily System tests. Conduct fire and evacuation drills in accordance with fire prevention
Code. Making daily floor and spots inspections. Respond to all fire alarm, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, elevator emergency, hazmat and
other incidents or conditions, execute post orders procedures. Maintaining records of all system inspections, tests,servicing and other items of
maintenance for inspections by the fire department in accordance to local law procedures. Streamlined the procedure to prepare alarm log books in
order to increase accuracy rate and reduce fire Department violations. Reset the system at the fire Command Station after any system trouble after
the fire department approval. Perform related duties as requested.

Provide delightful customer service and public relations. Including clerical work, answering multiple questions daily, answering house phone and
taking messages for Residents and sometimes for Visitors and Contractors in daily basis. Authorize access to premises to deliveries personnel.
Respond as quickly to all emergencies including fire alarms. Issue security passes to guests. Inspect parking lot for all vehicles not displaying good
parking permit. Continuously monitor security cameras and fire command station. Prepare logs and incident reports in accordance with existing
building post orders. Time to time mop the entire lobby including wipe both glass doors. Also perform Fire safety Manager duties .

Worked 19 years with this Company from Patrol person to Security Shift Supervisor including Fire Safety Director. Supervise a crew of 12 to 22
Officers during alternate Shift. Responsibilities include: Shift, break, and patrol assignment. Monitor Class “ E “ System fire Alarm system in order
to implement fire safety plan in response to fire or emergency occurring in the facility. Access control using Officers on posts to verify and control ID
to grant access to visitors ad employees. Monitoring building elevators using Otis elevator software. Prepare logs and reports as required by building
post orders. Provide clear direction, information and assistance to visitors, vendors and employees. Train fire brigade, deputy fire safety
director,building evacuation supervisor and fire warden. Investigated suspicious calls and complaints involving fire, theft, accident and hazard
reports. Perform related duties.
