Administered the Pentagon Common IT (CIT) and OSD Enterprise IT Services Directorate Governance Frameworks, which enable Pentagon-

based Military Departments, Services, and Agencies to identify, document, fund, and execute enter prise, mission-directed, CIT investments.

Program policy. Managed relationships with the Department of Labor, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, State Emplo yment

Commissions, Health Insurance Agencies, and trade-impacted workers in the administration of the HCTC Program. Determined candidate
