guidance and direction: developed and/or evaluated concepts of operations, business cases, and technical solutions to ensure the efficacy of
proposed IT programs/projects; assessed IT project scope, cost, and schedules to ensure appropriate resource allocation, cost efficiencies, and
risk mitigation; collaborated with systems administrators to track and monitor related IT assets to help right -size IT inventory by mitigating
over-investment and underutilization.

Program policy. Managed relationships with the Department of Labor, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, State Emplo yment
Commissions, Health Insurance Agencies, and trade-impacted workers in the administration of the HCTC Program. Determined candidate
