• Troubleshoot AutoZone stores across the U.S. and Mexico using Linux command line using the
Susethin Operating system. Call volume is anywhere between 30 to up to 50 calls per day depending
on what the day to day problems are.
• Performs extensive troubleshooting on all hardware, software, communications, and procedural
problems
Manages and approves process and associated cost of selecting and dispatching vendors for network
connectivity and telephone systems for services that can often exceed $1500 per visit resulting in
annual approvals of roughly $20,000. Responsibilities also include organizing vendor meets as they
deem necessary.
