Management Scheme at Natrampalayam village to

numerous men and women SHGs which was very

successful in improving the ground water potential

of the area and the livelihood of many families. The

scheme was implemented to finance community

well, Oil Engines, Sericulture, Animal Husbandry

and Horticulture under IFAD Scheme

1992-98 Officer In Udagamandalam Served as Officer-in-charge of Udagamandalam

Charge, The Nilgiris Dt Gramodya Kendr covering 10 branches, in entire

Gramodya District, also served as District co-ordinator for

Kendra Indian Bank in the district

During this tenure in co-ordination with KVK-

UPASI ( United planters association of South India)

implemented a Tribal development project at

Pudukkadu village near Burliar on the way to

Coonoor,in which more than 30 families of

KURUMBA tribes were assisted with community

farming in developing 40 acres of coffee plantation,

Spices nursery, Sericulture, without disturbing the

flora & fauna of the forest area

And at Kollimalai Village near Adigaratty more

than 200 families of Kotha Tribes were assisted

under Model Village Scheme implemented by

Indian Bank

Both the villages were visited by the then CMD,

ED, Board Of Directors and top executives and

was well appreciated

1998- OIC/GK Pollachi Served as OIC/GK covering three branches

2000 Pollachi including Pollachi, Samathur, Kattampatti, mainly

involved in recovery as I was designated as

recovery Officer

2000-02 Credit Coimbatore Main Served as Credit Monitoring Officer at Coimbatore

of the branch from 15 crores to 56 crores in span of

two years.

Since Resigned from the bank and became an

2007 entrepreneur in the field of Poultry breeding, and

onwards disbanded the activity owing to certain unforeseen

circumstances, since then working as freelance

consultant in the field of agri projects.
