Generate Employee Code or Unique Employee Code:-
. Generate unique employee Identification Number after checking the
negative database, (Background Verification & Duplicate Existence in
the Database.
Attendance & Leave Records: -
. Responsible for Preparing Consolidated attendance report of employees
through biometric system and manually also.
. Keep track of leave taken; leave balance & leave carry forward to
next financial year.
Payroll (Salary Administration) / Compensation & Benefits: -
. Preparing the Payroll data for salary processing of employees and
forwarding the same to account department.
. Consolidated the Payroll details of new joinees, resignees,
Absconding employees & any other recoveries to be made from employees.
. Preparing Input statement for each department.
. Pay slips verification against the payroll inputs.
. Bank Account Management: - Timely credit of salary in banks &
maintaining the MIS for Bank A/C number.
HR MIS/ Reports Generation & Manpower planning. (Head Count): -
. Maintain the database of all the employees.
. Coordinating with entire processes.
. Preparing monthly & weekly CTC reports.
. Preparing ESI & PF Reports, Challans.
Employee Relation (ER) & Grievance:-
. Arranging "Birthday Bashes" for the senior management employees and
prepared greeting for the executive level employee on their birthdays.
. Designing the notice board, wall of fame for the office. Highlighting
the events & updates of the month, current affairs relate to the
company also display quizzes, puzzles, riddles and best performer's
names on wall of fame (board) to please the employees.

. Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and
employees by interacting with them.
. Handling grievance cases of the employee and give solution for the
same. Also ensuring that grievance handling and disciplinary

. Check for complete Pre-Hiring Documents. (i.e. Interview Assessment
Sheet, Source of Hiring, Salary Fitment, Reference Check & Hiring
Approval.
. Check for Complete Documents like Education Certificate, Address
Proof, and Relieving Letter.
Personal Files or Records:
. Regular follow-ups & coordination with employees for completion of
their pending documents.
. Supervision of proper filling & maintenance of employee personal
records.
Processing of Letters: -
. Responsible for issue of Appointment Letter, Confirmation & other
Official letter like Promotion Letter, Increment Letter, Transfer
letter, Termination Letter, Relieving letter etc.
Performance Appraisal & Confirmations: -
. Assessing employee performance on a periodical basis, as per the
specified company policies.
. Charting out promotions, and salary increments etc., based on employee
performance
. Take care of half yearly appraisal process.
. Timely processing of confirmation letter.
Training & Development: -
. Assisiting in Training and Development work like Co-coordinating in
Executing Trainings schedule as per the designed calendar. Reviewing
adherence to the schedule is done to manage time.
