DIPLOMA PROJECT:
Title : "Wireless Multi-Meter"
Duration : December 2010- April 2011
Description :
The main objective of the project was to acquire the data from far
off locations and from places not accessible to human beings (e.g. boiler
room) and transmit this data through serial communication.
B.E PROJECT:
Title : "Power generation using advanced solar panel"
Description :
Solar energy is need of today's world due to tremendous use of
renewable energy sources, which are expected to extinct in few decades and
thus there are efforts been made on how to make use of solar energy very
efficiently. But the problem in today's power generating technology using
solar is that, the instruments that are been used make use of only light
energy. But if we compare heat content in solar energy then the answer is
that it contains approximate 60% heat energy and only 40% light, that means
60% of the energy is wasted. Our project is an alternative solution to
this shortcoming of today's technology. Our main focus is not only to use
heat energy but also light energy that means a complete utilisation of
solar energy.
Due to advanced design of our solar panels we are able to generate
high amount of steam for power generation and also with this we are able to
make use of condensed water for drinking purpose. Thus because of advanced
design we are able to achieve the following :
1. Efficient use of solar energy.
2. Less dependency on renewable energy sources.
3. Larger power generation.
4. Advanced water purification system.
5. Effective utilization of space.
6. Cost efficient system.
