2011 – 2012 Care Assistant Falstone Manor

Duties included providing all aspects of care to an excellent standard to elderly residents,

including dressing, washing and feeding, to allow them to live happy and dignified lives.

2008 – Present Retail Assistant British Heart Foundation

I have worked in this role on a voluntary basis for the past five years. Duties include helping to

sort incoming donations and pressing clothes ready to go out on the shop floor. I also provide

customer service and operate the tills when needed. I also keep the store clean and tidy.

2008 PVH Cleaner Sunderland City Council

Duties included dusting, mopping, vacuuming and emptying dustbins to maintain cleanliness

standards in Sunderland Civic Centre.

2003 – 2008 Masseur Holiday Beach Hotel

Duties included providing excellent customer service and spa treatments, including massage

therapy, manicures and pedicures.
