a difference and use all my experience. During my administration, I had to make strong
negotiations with banking institutions, unions, government institutions and politicians.
As well over the years I had the opportunity to know the owners and the directors of the major
suppliers on the hotel industry.
Sales: form a team of competitive professionals, budgets, objectives and achieve the results,
RevPAR, revenue, and marketing.
Operations: construction of the hotels, preopening process, opening and managing several
properties simultaneously.
Customer service, costs, optimizing the resources, training staff and all related to day to day
operation.
Administration: budgets, daily control of the expenses and the incomes, making sure to get the
results.
Staff control, energetics and all related to suppliers for costs control.

Leave the last job in the hotel industry last July. Reason to leave this company was the owner
passed away; the new administration had different plans there for my services were no longer
required.
