Work History
Hub Director-
Piedmont Airlines- Phoenix, AZ a wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways Feb
2011- Present
Responsible for all phases of the PHX operation including; ramp, ops, gate,
commissary and warehousing of commissary items, including recruiting,
hiring and retention of all staff in the PHX hub for US Airways. Worked
closely with US Airways mainline senior leadership team and all departments
of Piedmont including ground support equipment shop or GSE. This is a
regional airline handling company where we handled both Mesa Airlines
Inc.and SkyWest Airlines, Inc., two big players in the regional industry
flying for several large major airlines. We were successful in achieving
our goals for profitability, on time and other metrics during my tenure.
Ramp Duty Manager -
Piedmont Airlines, Philadelphia, PA. November 2009 - February 2011
I was responsible for all ramp or (outside aircraft handling) activity on
my shift. Also, in latter days, I have been assigned additional
responsibilities for cabin appearance, catering performance, utilities,
including motor pool and ground support equipment.

I assisted customers with garden products and move and handle plants,
shrubs and garden products. Loading product and helping with questions was
a part of my job.

I managed all phases of 24 hour quick casual dining restaurant, including
employee
recruitment, hiring, retention, food ordering, planning, health code
compliance, cash and accounting according to company standards.
Regional Director Airport Operations
Atlantic Southeast Airlines Inc, Atlanta, GA. October 1984 - May 2007
Directed all phases of airport operations for 200 plus cities in the Delta
Connection system. Reported directly to the vice president of Airport
Operations, roles of increasing responsibility began as fueling agent in
Huntsville and ended as regional director at the Atlanta headquarters. I
left this position to help attend to my ailing father, who subsequently
died in 2008 suddenly.

I graduated of Southeast High School in Bradenton, FL.
I attended many Business Leadership training sessions at Delta Air Lines,
ASA, Piedmont and American Airlines over the 30 plus years in the regional
airline industry and received specialized training on Microsoft Office
training while at ASA.

email systems. I also completed a three week MIG Welding course
successfully. Although no certification was offered as the abbreviated
course was company sponsored, I learned a new skill set that should prove
useful in many job opportunities.

success has been crucial to my past successes.
