Description of duties: make 3 (SLE) Structure Learning Experience for activities per day, I
assisted to different programs of NDRC in Addiction ward and in Psychiatric ward, conduct one
on one counseling for ten sessions with Psychiatric client and make case report and
progressive report in counseling, and I also experienced and encountered some psychological
tests and make a psychological full assessment report.
